My role is educate you about your results so you are empowered to make informed decisions and actively participate in your care.

I can order or review your existing nutrigenomics test. A nutrigenomic test analyzes how multiple genes interact within various metabolic pathways. It provides personalized insights into your
health, particularly regarding nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle factors, allowing you to make informed decisions based on your unique genetic makeup; it
focuses on how your genes work together rather than just identifying individual disease risks.
This, with a discussion about epigenetics we can start to understand your genetic strengths and weaknesses.

When all three are looked at together, we can better understand how your body. The Terrain 10 tells us your exposures, your genetics tells us your predisposition, your labs tell us how your body is expressing itself.

For clients who have already participated in Terrain 10, Lab and Genetic review, I provide ongoing support. We'll review subsequent lab work, discuss progress on diet and lifestyle changes, troubleshoot issues with getting into ketosis, and discuss where you need support to thrive.
